INTRO

Green Court will be a totally renovated prime office complex in the heart of Ghent next to the main railway station Gent-St-Pieters. The building was originally constructed as a build to suit for a prominent Belgian insurer in the late 1980s. The building is delivered in the summer of 2021 after an in-depth renovation.
